When balanced, Kapha supports immunity, calmness, and endurance. When aggravated, it can lead to lethargy, weight gain, congestion, and emotional stagnation. Individuals with dominant Kapha tend to be compassionate, grounded, and physically strong, but may struggle with sluggishness and resistance to change.
